Order Confirmation:
All orders placed are confirmed by fax and must be signed and faxed back to CV. Planet Rattan Indonesia in order to be considered a firm order. Once an order confirmation has been signed and faxed, the order cannot be cancelled. CV. Planet Rattan Indonesia retains the right to accept changes in confirmed orders up to a maximum of 7 days after the receipt of the signed order confirmation.
Under-ordering:
In such cases as an order is deemed insufficient to fill a container, CV. Planet Rattan Indonesia shall inform the customer and we additional items to be next ordered/containers.
Prices and Fees:
Prices that are F.O.B. Port of embarkation ( Tanjung Priok Port – Jakarta , Indonesia ). All prices and fees are payable only in Dollars of the United States (US$) or Euro (€) if your required.
Payment Terms:

Payment via Bank to Bank TT (Telegraphic Transfer). We need 45% Down Payment sent by bank transfer and 55% balance payment sent when we ship (balance against shipment document).

Payment by L/C must be at Sight 100%.

Payment should be by bank transfer to a bank account specified by CV. Planet Rattan Indonesia at Bank Niaga – Cirebon Branch, Indonesia
Shipping:

On FOB deliveries, costs, insurance, and freight charges are for buyer's account alone.

Shipments by air or sea freight cannot be made to a Post Office Box, Drop, or Room. Your full street address is required.

Unless you specify and agree to pay for Air Delivery, all shipments are by sea.

Sea shipments require from 30 to 90 days for delivery from Tanjung Priok Port – Jakarta, Indonesia to your port of entry.
- On all sales, you are responsible for all costs AFTER the ship arrives at the port of international arrivals. These costs can include but may not be limited to Customs Broker fees, customs duty, stevedore, demurrage, warehousing, pick-up, and all landed delivery charges from the port of entry to your final destination.
- Air Freight generally can accept a door-to-door delivery on some items.
Inability to Take Possession of Container:
If for any reason a customer cannot take possession of an ordered container once it has reached its destination, then the customer shall be held responsible for all costs incurred.
